Intuitive Design Process

After filling out our design questionnaire, choosing a design option & having our initial design meeting, we begin to create & shape your thoughts & ideas into a workable preliminary design concept for you to review to make sure we are headed in the right direction with the design & overall concept.

When you  approve of the preliminary design layout & exterior concepts, we proceed to preliminary bid drawings.  These drawings will contain pertinent information that you can present to your builder(s) to start the bidding process to determine if the conceptual design is within your budget before proceeding to final drawings.

Once you have received your preliminary bids back from your builder(s), if necessary, we can make any adjustments or revisions they may have to keep the build within your allowed budget.  After you approve the suggested revisions, if any, and you and your builder are good with the budgeted amount, we will proceed in producing the final construction drawings.
